I really wish that cable appointments between 8:00 and 12:00 really meant that. Especially the Saturday before Christmas. *shakes head*

We have satellite, and we have never had a problem until today. By 1:30, we had a $100 credit to our account. Unfortunately it took from about 12:05 until that time to get the credit. It also took talking to many different people, being put on hold, hanging up and starting from scratch. By the time I got to Rico, I was not in the most pleasant mood. By the end of my conversation with Rico, I told him he deserved a great review, and if they record calls for Quality purposes, he should play that tape for his boss that he's the best Customer Service Rep ever.
